SHIPPING POLICY

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered accurately at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or return of your package to us — any reshipment costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer. A valid phone number is required by most carriers for delivery coordination and is especially important for larger or high-value shipments.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Many Spoon Sports products are custom ordered directly from Japan and processing times will vary depending on product availability and import lead times. You will be notified of your estimated shipping timeline after your order is confirmed. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories via major carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Spoon Sports Canada is not responsible for carrier delays.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
We ship to the United States via UPS and FedEx. Please be aware that Spoon Sports Canada is a Canadian company. Orders shipped to the US are considered international shipments and may be subject to US federal and/or state import taxes, duties, and customs brokerage fees upon entry. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection or your local customs office if you have questions about applicable fees before placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally via major international carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx. As a Canadian company, all international shipments originate from Canada and may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges upon entry into your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Spoon Sports Canada has no control over these fees and cannot predict or estimate them on your behalf. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, do the following before signing for or accepting the package where possible:
- Photograph the outer packaging showing all damage
- Photograph the damaged item(s)
- Note the damage with the carrier at time of delivery if possible
- Contact us at info@aj-racing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for carrier claims. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve legitimate transit damage cases. Damage caused during unpacking by the recipient is not covered — please use care when opening packages and avoid sharp tools near the contents.
CARRIER DELAYS AND LOST SHIPMENTS
Spoon Sports Canada is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will initiate a trace and claim with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
