REFUND, RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

FINAL SALE — NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS
All sales through Spoon Sports Canada are final sale. This applies to all in-stock items and all custom or special orders without exception. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances outside of the warranty provisions outlined below.
Given the specialized and vehicle-specific nature of Spoon Sports performance parts, we strongly encourage you to verify part numbers, fitment, and compatibility with your specific vehicle before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, contact us — we are happy to help ensure you are ordering the correct part.

UNSOLICITED RETURNS
Items sent back to us without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense. Do not ship any item back to us before contacting us first to discuss your situation. All return inquiries must be initiated by contacting us at info@aj-racing.com.

EXCHANGES
As the majority of products we carry are custom ordered and vehicle-specific, exchanges are not permitted. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting your purchase.

DAMAGES AND SHIPPING ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, physically damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@aj-racing.com with your order number and clear photographs documenting the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Important: Please exercise caution when opening packages. Damage caused by the use of sharp tools such as box cutters or knives during unpacking is the responsibility of the receiver and will not be covered under any warranty or damage claim. We recommend carefully scoring tape only and opening boxes by hand where possible.
Shipping damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for evaluation.

WARRANTY
Spoon Sports products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty as established by Spoon Sports Co., Ltd. (Japan). Spoon Sports Canada facilitates warranty claims as the authorized Canadian distributor but does not issue independent warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper or unprofessional installation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products used in racing, track days, time attack, or any competitive motorsport application
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or disassembled after purchase
  • Damage caused during unpacking (see above)
  • Products installed on vehicles other than the specified fitment application

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@aj-racing.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Products may be required to be returned for inspection at the customer's expense before any warranty determination is made.
